County Competitions

Congratulations to Tom Young, Matthew Aers (subbing for Terry Prince), and Duncan Hanmore who this morning won an extra end thriller at Stone Lodge to reach the final of the County Triples.

Coming from behind, they managed to hold a 1 shot lead on the last end against Sevenoaks' Brian Martin, Rod Stother and Dave Banfield. Yet Sevenoaks forced the extra end, only for Tom's first bowl to remain as shot throughout.

They now face either Ian Way's Cyphers team or Dave Ferguson's Betteshanger team in the final at Folkestone on Sunday April 19th.
